Shipping Policy

We ship most orders from our warehouse and sometimes we also ship from Amazon warehouse. Shipments are made Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. No shipments are made on weekends or federal holidays. 

Processing Time:

Processing time is defined as the time it takes for us to receive your order in our system, pack and prepare for shipment. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see processing times below:

Standard, Priority, International Shipping: Allow 2 - 4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Processes next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been packed, shipping time is defined as the time it takes for you to receive your order once it has shipped from our warehouse.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.  Foeran Company cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather, carrier delays and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California.

Standard Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 5 - 7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.

Priority Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.

Express Shipping: Arrives in 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).

If you need to order products in bulk, please feel free to contact us (foeranshop@gmail.com) and we will give you the biggest discount. Please note that your order could incur a delay at customs adding to the total time your shipment takes to reach its destination.

Business Days: 

We ship Monday - Friday from 6:00am – 2:00pm pacific time.  We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and Amazon delivery.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
